Union Special is a restaurant and bakeshop concept from Andrew and Jess Ullom, coming to Raleigh in 2019. Alongside an a daily menu spanning savory and sweet, Union Special will house a full-service retail and wholesale bakeshop. Our bread and pastry program will utilize roller-milled and stone ground flours from right here in North Carolina, and our daily menu will be built around the production of those programs. 

Union Special Bread is a pop up bake sale that will begin Summer 2018. Focusing on sourdough bread and pastry and showcasing grains and produce North Carolina has to offer, the pop up will run through until the doors open at Union Special. Schedules will be posted soon, so follow along on Instagram and Twitter for updates and bake sale dates.
